You're sure that it does have continuous strong spark when it won't start? 2007 yamaha yfz 450 will not start. Nothing kills the excitement of a ride faster than a motorcycle that refuses to start.
It ran fine, you could crank it right up and ride all day. Do a leak down test, if you see bubbles or hear air coming from the radiator, you have a blown head gasket/cracked head or jug. Have you checked to make sure you're actually getting fuel/spark?

Anyway we've fixed that and it's running great now. I installed the new starter and no change, i did pull start it and it ran great and it will start when the motor is warm with the start button but when the motor is cold it will not turn the. After flushing oil, changing plugs and cleaning the carb the bike would crank fine but. Set the valves, they were barely out of spec (on the tight side obviously).
